Bullet Beatdown Build

^_^ Haro,

Noobish builder here looking for input... I like the feel of this build, but it seems a bit off. One...the survival rate seems low (5MAN Purple Gang Hard kicked my booty). Two... I dont know if the Cybernetic Tether and its advantages are worth it. I figured the it would be good for triggering MSA and I like the idea of the advantages (Cost reduction and the little HoT.)

Hm.. well, its wasteful to have a 2nd offensive passive (and to not rank it either), and Targeting Comp doesn't proc for half (or all) of BBeatdown anyways (since half is melee, and here taking BtT means its all melee). The build pretty good for a semi-sturdy melee dps, but its still a dps unit and not going to be able to tank heavy damage since its using an offensive passive.

If you wanted, you could make a dual-passive build where you use a fitting offensive passive and a defensive passive, and swap them depending on if you want to be more sturdy vs. do more dps.

    For example:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Glacier (Con: 10, End: 10, Dex: 8, Int: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 12: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 15: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 21: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Power Bolts
Level 1: Burst Shot (Taking Names)
    Level 6: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Form of the Tempest
    Level 11: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 17: Bullet Beatdown (Rank 2, Not Without Incident, Break the Trigger)
Level 20: Lead Tempest (Rank 2, Tread Softly)
    Level 23: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 26: Cybernetic Tether (Recharge, Download)
Level 29: Void Shift (Emerging Nightmares)
Level 32: Ego Surge (Nimble Mind)
Level 35: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3, Silent Running)
    Level 38: Rebirth
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Power Swell (2/2)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (2/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

Gears mostly for Dex and Con, w/ a bit of Int for MSA.

Can use Invuln + Hybrid role to be sturdy, and NW + melee dps role if you want to optimize BBeatdown's dps (that or not get Break the Trigger, and use the ranged dps role to boost ~half the combo and Lead Tempest- at the expense of having not quite as optimal dps conditions for BBeatdown).

:X I didn't realize that I selected Way of the Warrior... that was suppose to be Form of the Tempest. Doh.

I haven't use Night Warrior before... But, Ill give it a go.

Your wisdom, input, and disposition are always appreciated, Flowcyto! -manly curtsie-
