You mean w/ Enrage or AotB and the Giant Growth adv? Can be possible w/ Enrage, since some PA powers can knock (Chest Beam, Rocket Punch, Hand Cannon, Shoulder Launcher, Energy Wave). Energy may still be a hang-up though. What attacks did you want to use?
Other problem is that the slotted PA toggles that can knock do have high tier reqs. I'll give ya 2 builds- one using the PA toggle playstyle and the other not:

I have a Giant Robot (Really a giant battle Mecha) character and am looking for a Mix of Ranged and Melee attacks. The concept is a Demonwing transforming battle mecha.
With the 'claws; on the mecha I will accept bestial for melee attacks.
