Portable Cannon Power

You know that big cannon our characters pull out to fire off the Fun Cannon device? That should be the foundation for a new Munitions power, with a reskinned portable cannon as the costume selection.

Thoughts?

    Also argent soldiers, roaming near dino location have unaccessible skin for "Anti-Tank Cannon" ability. But either of those don't really match gatling gun, that seems to be only one power that uses donator-annoying-costume-override-but-not-fun cannon stance. Also there's flamethrower & qularr minigun skins, those ain't accessible even through PR purchase.

    Maybe make Anti-Tank Cannon on Munitions (say: Crushing damage + Armor Piercing debuff, for those don't want to use dual pistol)?

    Sure! An alternate skin unlock could be a rusty cannon with the Jolly Roger symbol on it for pirate characters.

    Oh, l'm already wanna this cannon for Captain Shmup's pirate outfit for Gatling Gun power. They should add a bit of more "BFG" heavy cannon powers, Flamethrower l point one, also maybe Tractor Beam - make Weapon customizable, gadgeteering lazorbeam cannon, that fires out beam from Nighthawk event drone (4-th icon in my sub)!
