Anyways, the build here looks fine for a dps focus. You may want to include a Dragon move for Rush if you are using Dex and an MA form and plan on using Lum Slash heavily.

I am also uncertain of what you mean by Rush moves. Do you mean lunges?
Rush the is the buff that you get from fully charging a 'Dragon' move from any one of the Martial Arts sets. It gives a large energy return (duration based on the number of Focus stacks you have) and some cost discount for melee attacks, and it scales w/ Dex.
