One handed sword/frost build?

Been kicking around the idea of a character that uses both one handed martial arts skills and frost powers. However not sure if that is even a viable combo.

    There's nothing too special going on between those sets, but you can still put them together for a hybrid-dps build:

    I do this on my tank all the time! :D but i have Defiance passive and i still Reapers embrace for over 10K on test dummies ^^
