Fractal Aegis ultimate bugged

The ultimate power 'Fractal Aegis' (from the Frozen lockbox) is not working as intended---it is supposed to be a Charge power, but does not charge...instead it just goes off immediately upon touching the button, regardless of whether you are pushing and holding, as if it was just tapped.

    It's still charged power, the Devs buffed it and reduced the Charge activation time
    If you check the tooltip, it states the activation time

    I have to ask, Is this really a deal? This ultimate was created 100% for Tanking​​
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergies! Playing since 1 February 2011 128 + Characters (21 ATs, 107 FFs) ALTitis for Life!

    I don't think that is what's happening here...I mean it doesn't charge, AT ALL. It is working just like a Tap power. The charge bar doesn't even appear.

    I think it always behaved as a tap power from what I recall. It's probably miss-flagged.​​
    100% of the world is crazy, 95% are in denial.
