I wanted to cut down on the number of attacks a bit to make room for other defensive or utility powers, so I axed Bite as its a bit redundant in this build, and you can still gnaw at enemies w/ Thrash anyways. Uses Massacre as its main dps attack after putting up bleeds and Shredded, and uses Evis taps to refresh those and proc/refresh AotB (since Massacre w/o Bloody Mess can't do that alone). Invuln cold also work as a defensive passive.
doesnt supernatural power work best with recovery?
That's arguable, due to the way SP works. It triggers when below a 15% energy threshold, and End increases the energy amount this threshold can proc at, and by much more than Rec. The flipside is that the energy proc amount will be higher w/ Rec than End, but going a heavy-Rec route can mean ur procs are more bursty and you can get more instances of bottoming-out on energy before you can proc it again.
Typically I'd take more Rec for SP builds if using cheap attacks from SN and also mixing other powerset attacks that don't proc the EU, as an SP proc will return more energy to use those non-SN powers with. However, SN attacks that take more energy (like Massacre or Thrash spam) may be better off using an End-heavy route.
When in doubt, mixing some of both End and Rec w/ Supernatural Power is prob the best bet- decent procs from the EU and more reliable ones from having a better 15% energy mark.
someone told me before to be able to use regen well you need to some defensive powers that help with regen. and i was wondering would poping fester on thrash and getting a howl with make them tremble and intimidating force?
Fester can be nice for debuffing dmg, but iirc Fester requires building DP stacks, which may be a bit tough to do and maintain w/ a build that's mostly Bestial SN and not Infernal. Howl is a bit more like a general CC + utility power now- a mix of some CC on trash, buffing, and debuffing w/ its special advs, but there's other ways of applying Fear and/or Furious too, and you already have some CC options w/ other attacks like Massacre, Venom Breath stuns, Pounce, etc. Up to you if its worth a power slot or not.
Regen isn't the best pure tanking passive atm, but you aren't a formal tank here either (at least, not w/o Challenge advs). It can still be a good hybrid dps passive, as could Invuln. Kinda just depends on the content run and how aggro is handled in group-oriented stuff.
