Alien Language text speech bubble

So at times we see a Qularr say something on screen and it comes up in alien writing in a pink speech bubble but in the chat box it's in english. Well some forum format changes back i'd seen a keybind on how to do that and in-game i encountered an epic pair of heroes playing Qularr Ambassadors who were using it, but alas now i have several characters using Qularr technology i can't find it again to make use of it. Anyone know how to do that?
