Hi, this post is for those who are not familiar with using Controllers and Gamepads to play Champions online, I will set up a guide for you guys, that way it can better your experience, Eddy04TV will be helping us setup.

3.Download the files that are shown in the link. Scp driver you will need. Scp server

    I'm just going to point out that you can plug a xbox360 controller in, go to your in-game options and under the "controller" tab turn it on and it works just fine...sure you still need to keyboard for inventory and chat, but past that everything is doable via controller.

    Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    I use a logitech f-310 in direct input mode... yes I know it supports x-box input but When I started playing I had a Dual Action and got used to it's different button positions for example in game my X button is where the B button is, A is X, and A is B . Sounds confusing but the dual action a\had buttons labled 1,2,3,and 4 respectively. So I got used to the positions, not the lables.

    Actually you cant do pets and stuff and the devices is very difficult to remember as it doesnt show up like the other buttons. I hear there is a way to bind stuff on the controller with commands but I cant find any updated info.

    There definitely is a way. I have the following custom controller key binds defined:

    Joypad_Left+XB target_teammate 1
    Joypad_Left+YB target_teammate 2
    Joypad_Left+BB target_teammate 3
    Joypad_Left+AB target_teammate 4
    Joypad_Left+RB target_self
    Joypad_Down+XB PetCommands_SetAllPetsState attack
    Joypad_Down+YB PetCommands_SetAllPetsState passive
    Joypad_Down+BB PetCommands_GlobalPetTrayExec 1 4
    Joypad_Down+AB PetCommands_GlobalPetTrayExec 1 5
    Joypad_Down+RB PetCommands_SetAllPetsState dismiss

    It's been a while since I tried the pet controls. I'm pretty sure that the pet attack, passive, and dismiss commands work, but not sure about the other two.

    There's an easier way... because my default targeting layout doesn't use tab targeting but Target nearest or Recticle targeting depending on the character I have the RButton set to target friend next, this cycles through all nearby friendly targets... really useful for putting Protection fields around NPCs in Escort missions... or tanks on teams etc.

    i do that as well, Chuckwolf, and it works great,m but I do have one important bind.. I set Block up to only need the right trigger held instead of both. Works much easier, and sets the Right trigger powers to be instant cast from block. Obviously I like having certain powers be instant cast from block. Usually an offense click, a defense click and a self heal.

    I'll remind you once again from a friend that you sometimes bring down negative comments on yourself by your chosen actions.

    There is no fight here unless you choose to make one, and that's just pointless.
