Roin'esh Powers? ...or Powerset?

A friend just showed me the animation for Devouring Shadows(a scr device). It looked like a symbiote's web. That said, I wonder if it would be a neat idea if the devs will make powers based on the Roin'esh aliens from Whiteout. It would be a great addition to the game and there could be a new AT called "The Symbiote".


On the other hand, Marvel might see this as another rip off...
Do they hold the rights to symbiotes? Just wondering.

    Marvel recently made up an actual race name for them: Klyntar

    Makes me wonder if Disney did that because "Symbiote" isn't copyrightable?

    Oh right. I forgot they retconned the origin of the symbiotes. I'm still happy that they made Venom a superhero.

    I'm very much in favour of being able to explore the alien factions of the Champions Universe so i love this idea, also if we could get a powerset like this they might be able to add it to the Nemesis options which would be superb.
