Now while I have seen others suggestions and while some go into quite a bit of detail, having pictures, built out mappings of it all and such I am going to at least give some detail cause while I don't have the artistic skill at hand. I at least have the general idea and principle of what it could look like in some manner. This being said I have wanted to see this for some time and best to at least do it now. I say this cause at least I can say I tried then sit there and complain that it's never gonna be done and not do anything about it. Without further ado here are the general ideas for the water powers and not in any real specific order except for at least the energy builder. And come on...Who wouldn't wanna see a Moses? Huh?!?! Alright enough a that lets move a long.
Water Jet - Initial energy builder and at least the building block of shooting streams of water at a selected target at high velocity
Water Burst - This is generally much like the ones that the immortals use. With a simple reskin of it and maybe just add the simple bubble effects as well after wards.
Water Breath - While I know that it would be obvious that this would look slightly...odd and of course could be looked as a bit...disgusting but to add this would be a bit comical as well in some sense.
Tidal Wave - This could essentially be like a sort of lunge / movement type attack like the current mighty leap, Void Shift and Land Slide. This could have regularly a simple snare or an advantage to where it would be a knock back.
Water Tunnel - This could sort of be a re-skin as well sort to speak where it could be much like the current crushing wave but have a little more of a water effect and still dealing crushing or slashing damage.
Whirl Pool - This might be a bit difficult but the effect would be something like the hurricanes effect but in reverse and have it as a ranged area attack. Focused on one enemy and those around get sucked into the pool. An advantage could be the reverse effect and make it like hurricane but minus the knock back effect.
Liquid Form - This could be the slotted passive for water form and would help with slashing and crushing damage and particle. (Unless other wise would be better. Just remember making these as suggestions.

Water Barrier - The obvious shield to help with preventing damage by a significant amount.
Water Chamber - A crowd control ability where the person is contained in a bubble filled with water and dealing damage over time and this can be a charged move.
Water Suffocation or Water Boarding - This would be another sort of crowd control where instead the focus is placed on the enemies head and a large bubble filled with water suffocates the target (Much like ego choke.) and causes the target to take damage over time as long as it's maintained. can be tapped or held for the full duration. If tapped the D.O.T would only last for a short while and able to get in for an if possible or if maintained a longer duration would be given depending on stat scales and such.
Water walls - Kind of like how we have Cave in but instead of several different water blocks it would just be two direct walls of water that are already parted and target would be crushed by both walls. If near other enemies it would deal a smaller amount of damage. This could deal crushing and slashing damage.
Healing rain - This can be charged and could be a H.O.T and can hit mutliple allies if in close enough range of one another. The healing would scale off of presence.
Divine Waters - This would be another healing type of move where it would be a maintain, casting it onto others and much like the current ones such as Empathic healing and Celestial Conduit.
Vengful Rapids - This could be much like water walls as well. Instead of walls though it could be a knock up where it's charged and two waves crash in and cause crushing damage and cause a knock up effect as well.
Geyser - Pretty much a true geyser where a jet stream of water shoots from the ground, launching targeted enemy up.
Tsunami - This would be possibly the last ability and think of it like the force cascade, gigabolt, or even the Typhoon. This would be a charge up and when released a large current of water is launched at the enemy, knocking back the enemy and dealing crushing and slashing damage.
Now again like I said this is just a general idea of what I would like to see have happen. Whether this idea is given approval or not is not up to me but at least even looked over and possibly given a glance at. To see this possibly come true or even hear it's been attempted would be great. I do look forward to seeing if anyone else would have any further additions to this or possible inquiries about this at all

You can use Stormbringer as a passive to bring in lots of Electrical Powers and there's things like Invocation of the Storm, which has a maritime feel to it.
But I do love the idea of several of those powers - Tidal Wave would be great (use the "I Summon You".... animation and send your enemies half a mile down the street...)

I have only seen some new ones with maybe minor changes to them such as "The Icicle" and "The Penitent" and "The Predator" and even "The Rockstar". With all those being said and done it would be nice to see an actual full new set of moves done instead of adding some to an old tree of sorts. Do not get me wrong I do enjoy seeing the new moves that they have put out and it is rather satisfying to see. The one thing that is saddening though is that just personal opinion here and just saying that it seems as if they are kinda...lacking in the enthusiasm to get such a feat done.
Maybe to motivate them. Yeah you are gonna get some negative flak, yeah there is going to always be that one person who trolls with the powers. It's all been said and done but I mean honestly if that's the worse then I don't see any problems other then right now the current fact that there are already those with troll avatars in the first place. I mean yeah it's gonna be obvious there are going to be those immature idiots and such but it's expected. Is it not? Again with all the negative flak aside it should be seen as a possible motive to get into making some new archetypes, something that hasn't been done...or well at least that I have seen done in a "Hero" game as of yet. While this has been one of the only ones I have played and I have also played DC Universe I haven't seen any sort of water type in my time of playing it.
Course another suggestion that I haven't seen getting suggested or recommended was for either a bo staff or nun-chuck for the martial arts tree. That in and of it's self would be neat to see if they incorporate those with their own move sets. Course if you wanted to complete it then you would have to include the sai's and then you could fully make a set of the ninja turtles. Yes I understand that. :P With that being said again I am just wanting to see a much wider array and wider variety of moves to continue to be made available.
