Lag/Rubberbanding & DCs since last patch.

Normally I've not had any troubles with CO (or any of the other Cryptic games) but this last patch I've experienced quite a bit of lag/rubberbanding and DCs. All things on my end check out with my connection. No idea what's caused it.

I'm a Lifer to CO and hope it gets fixed or investigated.

    Its not just you. The game is completely unplayable for me right now. I just restarted my sub a week ago, too. If it isn't resolved, well, I'm not rage quitting, but I'll have to find another game I can actually play for my money.

    Do you go through Arc to get to the game?

    Want to add that the launcher is now running slowly. Sometimes DCs before I can get to character selection. I've also tried using the launcher fromr Arc and from just the launcher on my PC. When I can get in game, I get DCed after about a minute or so.

    Should i keep posting here or over in General? Any clues on what's happening?

    I'm having the same issues. as of the past week, whenever I log onto the anyone one of the following happens: 1) i instantly get DCed 2) I can fly around but cannot turn off my travel power, interact with anything, use any menus, use chat, access mail, change zones, etc then I DC 3) I am able to fly far away but about 5 minutes later I'm rubberbanded back to where I logged in then I DC.

    I've tried lowering my settings to the lowest and nothing changes. my computer specs are more than needed for the game, and my connection is find with all my other mmos/online games. I'd really like to know why this game is unplayable and no devs have said anything.

    I'm having similar issues, I am "timing out" almost every time I change map, and get booted back to the login screen. I log in and it will time out trying to connect to the login server, or it will fail to load my characters.

    This is an issue I am only experiencing with CO.

    Can they do something about being pushed with collision with other players? It's annoying trying to use something then get your teammates overriding my position and pushing me aside, like with teleporting TP against another player, not sure if more lag then usual.

    I take this quote from a review that I agree with.

    "customisation is so linear; everyone is after the optimal dps:survivability ratio with 0 reliance on other players = autonomous gameplay... Players don't need each other anymore... which in my opinion is a bad thing."
