I respecced out of this theme ages ago, but thinking of going back to it as a main tank.

Use Eruption to put up Clinging Flames and proc Thermal reverb. Absorb Heat could also work as a heal. Use Arc for AoE threat and tap it for its debuff and CF refresh, and use Annihilate as ur main single target attack. Gears mostly for Str and Con, w/ crit and severity on offensive gear.
