Circle of Primal Dominion and Roles? Tank? Protector? Sentinel?

  Sentinel and Protector roles were previous names of the Support and Tank roles, respectively. The names of the roles are simply leftovers from the time which they were used. They standardized the names into the classic MMO ones because the original names confused players. Until the rest of the tooltips are changed to better state what roles affect certain powers, here's the list so you may adjust things accordingly.
  
  Guardian = Hybrid
  Protector = Tank
  Avenger = Ranged DPS
  Brawler = Melee DPS
  Sentinel = Support​​

  Ok, I took it, and am in Tank aka Protector roll. I am level 23 and went to the nastiest blue laser in the Powerhouse.
  
  With no defiance:
  
  1129 - Damage
  1041 - Damage in Circle of Primal Dominion
  ===
  88
  
  This is about 7.7%, is that worth it?

  CoPD's added dmgRes isn't really that much (neither is the small heal it gives- though both help ofc). Its more used for its large anti-knock resist, and (for tanks in the Tank role) to help w/ threat gen a bit.
