I am looking at updating my character, Pin Down. She is a gun wielding space warrior archetype. Currently she looks like this:

For Primaries I have : Justice Gloves of Precision speced for Ego, offense, and Critical Strike
Justice Tights of Agility speced for Dex and Dodge Chance
Justice Mask of Speed speced for Cooldown Reduction and Int
For Secondaries I have : Onslaught Gloves of the Sniper, Tights of Agility, and Mask of Speed all speced for Con
Current States are Str 10, Dex 282, Con 176, Int 227, Ego 227, Pre 10, Rec 10, and End 13
I usually do ok in Cosmics and Events, but I know I can do better. If anyone has suggestions to optimize my stat and gear choices too, great and thanks.

Same gear as above and using the extra power for either Lead Tempest for farming, a rez, or a pet, I like the new mechanical spider thingy?
I am not sure where to put the extra 2 advantage points, either Fluidity Fluid like Water or Nano Swarm Rejuvenating Injections or something else?
And in the spec tree I'm not so sure I should give up Rush of Battle for Initiative and I'm not so sure I should give up Anguish for Round'em Up?

How is ur energy when ur using TGM? Cause, outside of not having Burst Shot, having to end build too much is prob the biggest roadblock for TGM builds now.
I notice ya have a good bit of Con w/o having it SS'd and w/o ES/NM. No Aggressive Stance in Vind either. Taking Initiative tells me ur end building some, which isn't really optimal (ofc, if ur going for more dps, then Rush of Battle isn't optimal either). Preemptive Strike also isn't really worthwhile, since it'll only boost the first tick of ur maintain after using Burst Shot.
Fluidity gives up the large dmgRes bonus of normal blocking for rng dodge/avoid. I wouldn't recommend it for builds that aren't passively close to 100% dodge- esp for Cosmics. I wouldn't really bother w/ the special adv on MD either, given its low uptime and the dmg boost only being in the severity layer.
BCR/RR is a good, cheap heal when combined w/ MD, but keep in mind that using BCR will incur a 10% final dmg penalty while its up.
If ya wanted to stick w/ Dex PSS, then I may consider taking DEX/Ego/Con, picking up ES/NM as one of the AOs, maybe getting 2x Offensive Expertise if using Avenger + Vind and 2 AOs:

This also means dropping Int for more gearing into the 3 SS's, as it would no longer be SS'd.
What is prob slightly less dps, but still a strong option, is to use Ego PSS instead (EGO/Dex/Con). There's better cost savings and Defense that way (also a bit more health w/ Ego Mastery + Con SS).

For my AOs I have ES and LnL currently. If I stick with Dex PSS should I go with Intensity for the Dex boost and if I switch to Ego PSS should I stick with ES for the Ego boost, basicly should I get the AO that matchs my PSS? And what is NM? Currently I have both of the Offensive Expertise from Avenger and Vind and it works well; I have a less than a minute cool down and am able to have very little down time between them.

Also how do you think I should mod my gear? All in SSs or a mix of the 3 SSs and a 4th non-SS; example the first build above has primary gear moded for SS and secondary gear all moded for Con? What is an optimal way to mod gear?
I have been testing the above and have improved my DPS about 500-800 a tick. What do you think of an Ego PSS, Int, Con build? I noticed I was getting slightly higher DPS with that build than with a Ego PSS, Dex, Con build, but not by much more and I'm not sure if dumping the Dex will hurt my survivability. Thoughts?
And I have been comparing between Quarry and Targeting Computer. I got higher DPS with TC. What are your thoughts on the two!

For the EGO/Con/Dex_Int SS setup, I'd gear mostly for Ego to get it in the 400 range or so. Leftovers can go to the other 2 SSs. Can talent Rec for some slightly better equilibrium w/o needing gear towards it.
If ur doing higher dps w/ Int SS then it may be due to the shorter cd timer on ES/NM, though I'm not sure how much crit% diff ur comparing by dropping Dex SS. Since the difference is due to cd timers and crit, it'll be kinda tough to sort out which is better w/o many long parses to reduce crit RNG and fully account for cd timers on AOs.
And yea, TC should prob do more dps for Ranged Tech builds now that LockOn has been fixed. Quarry is still good, and was better than the old TC for these types of builds, so its not like its a bad option anymore either.
