  Added MSA + Int SS and opted for Dex PSS for the dps. Also dropped Particle Accelerator since its not really worthwhile if not using Unified Theory, also drop the combo's special adv for R3 so ur not as energy starved when using it. Should be pretty good defensively as well.

  So intelligence for power cost reduction to compensate for the lower energy?

  Int is also for MSA, which will help a good deal w/ energy management. The lunge, Conviction, Sonic Device, and Particle Smash can proc MSA so its up often.
