An Infernal SN tank? Easily viable- just spam DE w/ CripC and ya get good threat, some healing, and decent dps (for a tank). Its pretty straightforward:

Here's an interesting setup to try. Has less damage than STR PSS + Vind/Ward, but still deals decent damage while favoring lots of crit healing. It also features Sentinel Mastery + an AoE stun which will provide tons of healing for you and your team.

Gear mostly for CON and then put enough into DEX to get your base crit chance up to 32-35%.

You could also swap out Defiance for Invulnerability and put less points into CON and more into DEX if you wanted more damage. In this case, energy would be a little tougher to come by but it's doable if you get more END (it's the best stat to invest in for Supernatural Power)

Wait until the new patch comes before doing this imho.

Main changes are that CripC/CS advs are gone. Now, 'Challenge!' is a general 1-pt adv that can go on most regular AoE and ST attacks to add a threat over time debuff. For that build, it means ya can get R3 and 'Challenge!' on DE instead of CripC, so you'll also get a dps and healing boost from DE, but loose the threat per tick that CripC used to give (should still hold aggro quite well anyways).

Epidemic doesn't have a Challenge adv (though it never had CS before), but ya can prob hold AoE threat just fine w/ it anyways- as its one of the higher dps large-radius AoEs out there. If ya did want to change to an AoE w/ Challenge, though, I'd prob take Vicious Cyclone w/ Vortex and Challenge instead, though that will lower ur AoE dps a bit. Venomous Breath can also work pretty well as another alternative, though its a cone AE instead of a pbAoE.

Defile also no longer debuffs Toxic dmg and is instead more or less Infernal ST dps attack that can stack deadly poison instead. Now, Debilitating Poison can be put on on Lash's final hit, and Lash is a combo now. So, if ya still want that debuff, then change Defile for Lash w/ its new debuff adv (Decay). Note that Lash can also have Challenge on it.

But yeah, I'd prob wait for the newer stuff to go live before committing.
