TK Holy Water/Illumination healer build help?

  Looks alright overall. MSA w/ Int (instead of Ego) could also work here, and the AoE adv on Redemption could be nice to get, though you'd have to drop adv points for somewhere. May also consider getting Force of Will for the extra defense.

  With Repupose and The Best Defense already in use, Force of Will would daisy chain to Offense and then to Bonus Healing... definitely sounds like a good adjustment.

  Yeah, ya don't get Repurpose for Force of Will, the Best Defense, or Aggressive Stance, which it doesn't directly benefit from. Rather, it simply can give some decent extra +heal just from items. I was just suggesting Force of Will here for the extra Defense boost for more personal survival.

  Repurpose only works with offense you get FROM ITEMS, sadly offense boosts from specs wont do anything for it unless that base offense first came from gear.

  Bummer. I've been mulling over something similar if/when I pick up a LTS or a Freeform slot, and building something like this seemed like a good way to further bump my healing.
  
  So, as an alternative, what about shifting Ego up to PSS? Assuming Crit Chance and Crit Severity apply to healing abilities, that could give an alternate path to boosting heals through Follow Through and Sixth Sense... and, assuming a Ranged heal is a Ranged power, it could provide a nice cost discount through Insight as well. Given my previous misconception, I'd certainly welcome any advice.

  Well, it seems that the main ally heal here is Iniquity, which cannot crit (and as far as I've tested, Holy Water can't crit either- though its labelled as a HoT_DoT so perhaps that's unsurprising). The crit/severity boost can still be nice for attacks and for Conviction, though. Ego PSS can work, but its trading some healing-related boosts for more dps-oriented boosts. Selfless Ally is typically nice to pair w/ Iniquity to negate much of the self-dmg it does. Also, Insight won't discount heals- they are not flagged as melee or ranged but in their own category as healing powers. Energy shouldn't be much an issue as a well-built Support by max level, though.
  
  If ya really want to optimize Pres PSS as a Support, its prob best to get the Justice gear 3-set, since it provides a pretty hefty boost to Offense that is also counted as being from an item. Can still do plenty fine w/o that gear set, though.
  
  
  Oh, and I guess its also worth noting, in light of gradii's build here, that TK Burst is still bugged to not get bonus dmg from most toggles, sans Mental Discipline (it also still doesn't properly proc Concentration).
