Burst Alerts will not load?

  It's a bug, I'm uncertain of the details but it's a Bug, like the one that gives you a timer but the alert swaps the very second it shows and you have to re-queue, been doing that ever since Nighthawk event 2 years ago.

  You could try playing as a team of 5 and queue, otherwise no, sorry, you could report it in the Alert Issues thread or contact a Dev, but I'm sure they already know.
