  The news article is just a retread of the previous Circus Malvanum news posts. Shouldn't it have info about the new vehicle training room, new currency, and buyable steam bike?

  what Vehicle training room? Also what does this actually mean? "Defeat any villains as you search for Rank 3, 4, and 5 vehicle modifications."

  There is a vehicle room at the vehicle shop. It's all the way in the back.
  
  The site should also point out that for a limited time, the players got a chance to unlock the Devastator during the event.

  Will the race ever NOT require you to perfectly memorize the track? If we have to stay within a certain winding cylinder, LET US SEE THAT CYLINDER.

  I don't think that's really it. Each time you go through a ring it gives you a buff. If the buff expires before you get to the next ring.... I think that causes you to fail.
