Bionic's Bane?

Does Skarn's Bane cancel Bionic Shielding?

It almost seems like a energy form vs consume energy form interaction. It might just be that the incoming damage is chewing up the shielding but it really seems like the shielding is just going away and I do have Skarn's bane in my rotation. Is that a thing?

    It formerly was able to dispel any effects from target, including Invulnerability, but now it doesn't do that.

    Not the target, from me, when I use it. I have Bionic shielding up, cast Skarn's, shielding gone.

    I can't replicate this on the PTS PH, and I tried combining diff ranks of Skarn's and BShielding. Each time I put up BS and casted Skarn's, neither the buff nor the tampering debuff were consumed on me. Are you sure BS isn't going away cause ur getting hit rapidly by other things?

    I'm not sure and that is a very likely scenario. Okay, well back to the drawing board with that one. I was hoping there wasn't a hidden power interaction but it looks like its just plain ole damage. Thanks much.
