Onslaught is kinda weak atm. I prob wouldn't bother w/ it, outside of having an early leveling attack (that ya can retrain out of later).

I'm not sure Seismic Smash's special adv works as intended. R3 may be better. I'd suggest getting STR/Con/Int for the SS setup here. You'll lose some dps, but gain maxHP, Defense via Juggernaut, melee cost discount, and some knock resist. I'd also take Wardicator over Warden + Sentry for the specs.

The build looks mostly fine, though it may have energy issues using Haymaker heavily.

i thought onslaught hit really hard also its the only thing that can stagger farly consistantly, would you recomend i use over it?
  • flowcytoflowcyto Posts: 12,848 Arc User
Nah, Onslaught's dps is lower than even most combos. Ya could do worse, and its not in what I'd call the 'bad' territory for dps, but Haymaker will outshine it for single-target dps. Stagger itself isn't really that important, since the dmg bonus it gives to Fault Line is meager, and stacks are tough to reliably build up and keep. I'd actually prob forget about the Stagger mechanic for Earth entirely and use stuff like Tremor (or Cave in for ranged builds).

I'd prob switch back to Ego Surge as the AO, due to Nimble Mind + Con SS (though Aggressor is still alright).

If ur sticking w/ Onslaught + Enrage, then I'd keep the special adv that knocks. I'd also prioritize taking Juggernaut over Overpower.

Well, Fault Line and Landslide do somewhat diff things for the build, so its up to you. Fault Line is a bit redundant if ur using Tremor already, though Seismic Smash is kinda like a lunge as well (though not as convenient for that purpose- mroe of a burst dps move).

yeah thats what i was thinking too, i'll try it and see how it goes
  • whitewolfneowhitewolfneo Posts: 18 Arc User
i was thinkning to open with tremor into LAnd w/adv the SSmash and finally U.rage but idk if that would work
  • flowcytoflowcyto Posts: 12,848 Arc User
Keep in mind that you want to wait till high Enrage stacks before ya use UR, since its dmg mostly scales w/ Enraged! stacks. I'm not quite sure what ya wrote there, but keep in mind that Seismic and Landslide have different ranges (25ft vs. 60ft), so ur 'opener' may depend on the distance. If ya wanted to keep both Seismic and Landslide, I'd prob reserve Landslide for closing larger gaps faster, and save Seismic as a close-range burst cd and/or knockback.
