Savage AT Revamp Suggestion

Since the ATs are getting an update very recently, I propose these little changes to the Savage:

Power progression:
Level 1: Bestial Fury
Level 1: **Ravage
Level 6: Frenzy OR Shred
Level 8: Regeneration OR Unstoppable
Level 11: Pounce
Level 14: Aspect of the Bestial
Level 17: Bite OR Massacre
Level 21: Parry OR Retalation
Level 25: Supernatural Power
Level 30: Howl
Level 35: Resurgence OR Agressor
Level 40: Devour Essence OR **Canibalize corpses

a. Shred and Frenzy are pretty much the same thing by now, small AoE combos, with the only difference the damage they deal and the buff/debuff aplied on third strike of each power with respective advantages, so I propose to make a choice between them as both can apply Bleed now. Also Frenzy's tool tip should be updated to say Melee AoE Damage - Combo - Bleed instead of Melee AoE Damage - Combo - Enrage. Oh and I propose to make Shred a Tier 1 option.

b.**Ravage would be a new Tier 0 power for Bestial Supernatural which would use Roomsweeper animation with the Bestial Claw sweep visual effect that would knock down enemies with a 25% chance, a 45 degree cone 10 ft reach. It could have an advantage called Bestial Instinct, which if you are affected by the Enraged buff, it would raise the knock down effect to 75% and deal 30% more base damage.

c. A choice between Unstoppable or Regeneration would be useful since it now also boosts All kinds of melee damage and BLEED damage too, if we want to make a DPS Bestial Supernatural character.

d. Another choice would be between Parry and Retalation, well for thematic purposes because, why would a savage creature retaliate with a kick?

e. Fix Agressor to grant additional stacks of Enrage with Aspect of Bestial active since it doesn't do it for now.

f. **Canibalize corpses, or whatever you would like to name it, would use the canibalize animation present as an iddle animation for Canibalistic manimals and a skill present in Hunter and Warlord Bigfeet of Canada's Tsiataka Bluff which restores health by feeding off a fallen enemy's corpse and it could have an advantage which will make you more resilent to damage by a certain percentage.

That's a little idea that came to my mind when I was using the Become Werewolf Black device.

What do you think about this @kaiserin @ladygadfly ?

Retaliation is actually a nice one to fit savage, better than parry :/

I think Devour Essence could be swapped out for something, too, but I'm not sure what. It just doesn't feel like it fits with the rest of the powers in the AT, being some weird soul-sucking magic thing instead of a feral animalistic thing like the other attacks.

Now that you mention this, I remember I watched a video not long ago where it showed a canibalize animation for bestial which wasn't implemented. I added this as another suggestion in the main post of this thread.
