If someone was a sacrifice for a summoning ritual being performed by DEMON, who would they be trying to summon. I dont know enough lore to figure ot out myself but it needs to be someone not too powerful.
The idea is to have my hero be a failed sacrifice and have some of the Qiphothic power be accidentally transfered into him. I want to write a bio but i dont know which Qiphothic enterty DEMON would be trying to summon

Whoever you are, be that person one hundred percent. Don't compromise on your identity.
Interestingly, while DEMON Initiates (the rank below the Morbanes) do commonly engage in demon-summoning rituals involving human sacrifice, they typically don't summon anything from the Qliphoth. The rank-and-file of DEMON aren't told anything about Qliphothic entities or lore -- the Edomite (the name by which Luther Black was known) didn't want them to gain any inkling of his greater purpose. DEMON members are instead taught doctrines based on deliberate distortion of traditional Western grimoire demonology, mixed in with whatever religion they think will appeal to local populations; and the entities they summon are usually more traditional devils from Hell. I can describe a few common ones from the PnP game if you like, along with their usual powers; although most gamers have a good awareness of archetypal devils. The power level of these monsters covers a wide range, so there's no need to worry about one being too powerful.
However, since the first Demonflame incident of 1986, the Descending Hierarchy (the elite of the Judeo-Christian-Islamic devils) realized DEMON was involved in some way with the Qliphoth, and forbade their minions from willingly working with DEMON. But summoned demons are too useful a weapon in DEMON's arsenal, so they had to find ways to compel them to serve. One of those ways could lead to an alternative origin for your character, besides being the unwilling sacrifice in a summoning ritual.
The most common type of summoning employed by DEMON is called a "demon-binding," in which the summoned demon is forced to occupy the mortal body of a DEMON Brother (the lowest rank of the organization). The Brother gains some of the powers of the demon, as well as some demonic physical features, but retains his mind and personality.
These demon-bindings are almost always temporary; but the official Champs supervillain called Morningstar was the result of a binding of a powerful war-demon, which for unknown reasons became permanent. So the precedent is there for permanent acquisition of demonic power via this route.
(Most of the above is derived from the PnP source book, DEMON: Servants Of Darkness. Morningstar is fully written up in Champions Villains Volume Three: Solo Villains.)
If anyone does want a summoned Qliphothic creature as part of their backstory or role-playing, this thread describes all those which have appeared in Hero Games' PnP books to date: http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/championsonline#/discussion/1200270/a-qliphothic-bestiary
Just be aware that, by the lore of both Champions Online and Champions tabletop, the energy of the Qliphoth is alien and antithetical to life from "positive" universes like ours. Humans exposed to it inevitably suffer corruption and decay, physical and mental/spiritual. Although that power can in some cases be employed by humans, it can't be used for any "good" purpose, and well-intentioned wielders won't stay that way for long.
