So, the "giant growth" build was mostly popular because it was fun and thematic. But, the changes to cooldown reduction hit the effectiveness of the build, and made it even more of a headache to manage. This happened because it became much harder to stack the effects of Miniaturization Drive's reciprocating gizmo advantage. Increasing the duration of the increased size gained from the advantage would make the build more viable again, and make it a bit less annoying to micro-manage.
