I screw up somebody

I just mentioned the ARC thing to a friend, he tried it and everything he had so far got reseted, even if he log in just from Steam his stuff is all gone
now what he needs to do? I feel so bad with myself now :c

    Maybe if you could elaborate? What exactly was lost? All of the characters on his character sheet, inventory items, what?

    Champions Online is currently suffering from what appears to be a server crash. There may have been a reset affecting your friend.

    No, it's suffering the crash right now, 2/19/2016.
    I think you're misunderstanding. Or I might be. But this thread was posted a few days ago. This doesn't have to do with the servers being down.
