Server stability issues during winter event

I'm assuming most know of the server stability issues during the past few days, despite scouring the forums and not finding anything about them. It's making it impossible to play the game. I got kicked during one of my events and now I can't log back on. I keep getting disconnected from the login server or I'm never able to connect in the first place. Does anyone know what's being done about this? I've submitted a ticket but due to Arc's track record of cryptic responses, I was hoping the masses here could shed some light.

    Since the Winter update, I had been getting massive SNRs during Western hours, when the game population is bigger!

    /renderscale 0

    Pfft... It is NOT my graphic card and CO has become unplayable whereas before it was just fine. I can not even stay online for 5 friggin minutes before SNR then DISCONNECTED. I bought a gold membership and now i am doubting my purchase. If these problems continue and it remains unplayeable i will discontinue my memmbership. Why should i pay for a game i can not play? And before anyone asks my computer is just fine as are its settings. The problem is on the CO side not mine. And i have not seen any action by the staff to correct this problem...

    have you run force verify on the files from the logon screen. To check you didn't get any buggy files with all the recent patches.​​
