Forum avatar kidnapped

and replaced by some stach weirdo. (and who ever did the switch, #thumbsup, since i'm well knows of staches. For a reasons i don't know..)
I demand compensation.

    The forum avatar system will be undergoing an update Thursday to streamline forum avatars! Currently forum users can have an avatar in Arc and a second avatar on the game forums. This update will upgrade the forums so that they automatically use your Arc avatar when you post.



    When the update goes into effect all forum avatars will be temporarily replaced with default game avatars. Once you log into Arc (at the top of the page) and visit the forum, your default forum avatar will be automatically overwritten by your Arc avatar.



    If you have a special avatar for the forums, please make a copy of it now and use it to update your Arc account avatar. After the update the current forum avatars will no longer be accessible!



    You can change your Arc avatar here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/account



    This change will go into effect Wednesday, December 9, 2015 @11 AM PST

    It would have been wonderful to have gotten that announcement here in the CO forums.

    mine gave me the horrors, now I have my microdragon.
    Due to repeatedly failing hide rolls, the GM worked out, she could only hide in front of stained glass windows.

    Seriously, though, when is PWE/Cryptic corporate culture going to get right? Once again, something as simple as announcing a forum change has proven to be as difficult as adding the Foundry and a villain faction at the same time. Why does this $#!^ keep happening?

    I don't think corporate had anything to do with this. You can tell because we didn't have to pay to reinstate our old avatars. If anything it'd be a bunch of IT guys who don't care what we think and just did this to make their own jobs easier; after all, you can't fire IT guys, so why would they care.
