Have Not Been Able to Purchase Inventory Slots for Over 2 Years

As a note, no, I'm not exaggerating with the "over two years" part. I have literally been unable to purchase inventory slots for over two years.

I used to be a gold subscriber, but I had to stop because I couldn't afford Lifetime, and I couldn't afford to keep up subscriptions. I'm still a silver player, as finances are not my biggest strong point these days, and I'm still unable to purchase slots to stick bags in. The bag slots are not already purchased, this happens on all characters of my account, including new characters. I have submitted more bug reports and even reached out in forum PMs more times than I'd like to count trying to get this resolved.

To demonstrate this problem, here are pictures:

If you look at the tool-tip in the last image, the game thinks I'm a gold player, even though I'm not. Every time I explain this, someone seems to think that I don't know how to buy bags or that I've "already purchased" the inventory slot, so let me be clear: THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE! Thank you.

This isn't something I just discovered. I have periodically tried various fixes over the last two years (even reinstalling the game) to try and get this corrected in case it was some kind of client-side issue. To be frank, not only can I not afford to purchase lifetime, but when a bug like this goes ignored for so long despite all attempts to get it resolved, it doesn't give me much reason to invest that kind of money even if I did have it.

So please, if a dev reads this or customer support, I need this fixed. This is a long-standing, and obviously quite debilitating issue. I'm a long-standing player, I've been with this game for years, and I have the 1000+ day veteran rewards. Over time I've probably invested more money into this game than the price of Lifetime just in Z/C-store purchases. I'd be happy to throw what money I can at you if you'd fix this, but this is my last-ditch effort.

My account is the same way. Oddly, other former gold now silver players don't have this issue. I'm guessing it has to do with how long you were sub'd. For some reason, there is some code somewhere that thinks if you've been sub'd for X days, you can't possibly be a silver player. Might be attached to one of the reward levels.

I don't have a solution, just letting you know that you're not crazy or the only person with messed up buying options.

I honestly appreciate it. While I'm sorry you're also having the problem, it is good to know I'm not the only one with the issue. And yeah, I was subbed for quite a long time before I went silver, so that may be related. Thank you for posting a reply and letting me know

...Hm... I just looked at the Zen Store. It seems my Inventory Slot option is denied, as well. My most recent Veteran Reward was the free Inventory Slot. It'd make sense that that's what's causing the problem. Perhaps the game looks at the last slot you have available, rather than how many you have total.
