"Attempting to connect to controller tracker"....aaaand, that's it

The launcher comes up ok, I enter my password as usual and hit 'Login', then.....it just sits there with the "Attempting to connect to controller tracker" message along the bottom. Forever.

Of note, I am having no such problem with Neverwinter Online, it loads up just fine.

Feed the hamsters, please.

    I was having the same problem. I just exited out of the launcher and tried again. I did notice it happen a couple times though.

    Ive had this problem today. Seriously nothing to worry about happens more often than I would like though. I'll just play some Monster Hunter tonight :D

    aaand, it just happened to me too, today... Never had an issue like that before!

    my " the computer is stupid" fix. Run tracert then do it again.
    CO may take a while but STO does this to me EVERY time I try and login. Yet it can find the file perfectly well after I run tracert
