REALLY bad lag, warping, disconnections.

I've played the game for years with no issues. I have no issues with any other games, and I have checked my connection speed, ping and packet loss. All of these are perfect. I've tried running the game with Pingzapper (at the suggestion of another player), with no effect.
I have been having really bad lag and warping over the last month, but nothing like tonight. I'll be running along and suddenly I'll warp back to somewhere I was a couple of minutes before. Chat messages I type can take several minutes to appear. Powers I activate (such as travel powers) won't engage for several minutes. Occasionally, several thing's I've tried to do will all take place at once, at the same time as I warp back to somewhere I had been.
Then I'll suddenly drop back to character selection.
The game is unplayable like this. I've been trying to make a log, but the game won't even load with the command parameters in place.
Is this just me? What's going on here?

I've sent the profiler file, as suggested in this forum, but I couldn't get a screenshot; the game crashed before I could take it. Likewise, I didn't have a chance to file a ticket.

Once, I was simply called Mojo. Now, I'm forced into a new name, but don't be fooled, I'm the original STO Mojo!

Here's a quick video of what's happening. This is 30 seconds into the game, following a fresh reboot, the game started and character selected. Immediately I loaded in, I started recording.

I've spoken to my ISP (Rogers), and it seems there IS an issue with the network in my area. So, it's probably not a problem at Cryptic's end.
