Since the AT is squishy, I'd get some Con geared on the side, and put Growth Mods in defensive gear to boost maxHP even more. Ya have strong heal bonuses, but strong health recovery means quite less if ya have much less health to work with.

Talents were chosen to boost the Super Stats, with a side of Constitution. Feel free to change.
Specializations:
Presence: Moment of Glory and Force of Will both are based off of your Secondary SS. MoG boosts your Critical chance (both for damage and heals), and FoW boosts your Defense. (Others were chosen just to get to these two.)
Sentry: Sentry Aura boosts your whole teams damage resistance (to ALL damage).
Sentinel: Sentinel Aura Heals your whole team for a small amount every three seconds. This is in addition to the healing that Seraphim grants. Be careful, enemy's will take this area healing as a threat, and you will draw more attention to yourself if you use this.
Mastery: Presence Mastery adds a shield to all of your direct heals (not Seraphim or Sentinel Aura) and a heal to all of your direct shields (the Radiant AT does not have any shields).
Advantages were just my personal choices.
Rebuke R3 is a great early game self heal (and with 100' range lets you snipe and heal from a safe distance).
Vengeance R2, Redemption Denied is a great crowd control and damaging attack. Damage increases with each full charged attack, as well as the paralyze and stun effects.
Compassion R3 is just so much of the go to for this AT that it needs to be ranked up to the max.
Gear:
Armadillo's secondary gear (for the set bonus 25% damage reduction).
I've got one like this in game now, and am enjoying playing support(!).
