So, got one of these magic cloaks that (apparently) creates a runeblade combo power.
Anyone used one of these things? The damage doesn't look terrible, so I was considering making a suitable character to runeblade it up... but what does this runeblade look like? Can't really bind it to one of my heroes to find out... or they're stuck with it.

Any advice on using this thing? Does it scale of strength like a normal melee attack? I think it says it does particle damage. So, it would get boosted by Lightning form, and (I guess) night warrior?
