Onslaught suggestion

I'd like to suggest a tracking arrow or such for pointing to the locations of the enemy to attack. I'm finding it not so thrilling to have to open up my map, mark the location, then close the map only to be disorientated and being attacked by 50 L40 heroes with the screen so completely filled with chaos that it makes it difficult to focus.

I'd also like to suggest that Gravitar and Medusa both be more like Grond. I don't like using Gravitar or Medusa because they both die very quickly Grond can survive for ever. Gravitar is the weakest. She is my least fav. Medusa is better, but not even half as stable as Grond.

Travel powers are weak. Why have a super villain running? Their standard jump is OK but it really doesn't help that you can't move around quickly and if you are trying to accomplish the missions given by the Onslaught Agent then you are left with just trying to accomplish the ATTACK! You can forget trying to do the DEFENSE! or PLAYING BOTH SIDES! All this in 15 minutes? Very difficult.

    And another suggestion...

I just spent my entire time waiting for the targets to respawn. With travel time it took forever just to get three targets.

I never have had that big of an issue concerning survivability and such with Medusa and Gravitar, even if they only have 3/5ths of Grond's health. That's not counting UNTIL targets, though, in which case the solution to that as Grav/Medusa is to kite the crap out of enemies. Which is something Grond does very very slowly.

The way Supervillain travelling is done right now is just rife with problems. On one hand, you mention that the base movement they get is pretty slow, which I agree in the case for getting from target to target. On the other hand, they move way faster than players and jump super high, making it super-unfeasible for melee heroes to try and take them down. The whole thing should really be redone on that level.

So at least for travelling, I got an idea for that:
    • All Onslaught villains have a constantly visible 'buff' on them called "Super movement" that grants them their increased running speed and massive leap. However, this buff counts as a travel power, and will instantly be disabled if a hero hits them with Nailed to the Ground.
    • Their travel powers still have their long cooldown, but also work indefinitely, allowing for very fast and effective movement. However, the travel powers will override Super Movement, and will become disabled if the villain takes ANY damage, temporarily leaving them without any special movement powers for about 5 seconds.
    • Meanwhile the UNTIL defenders will deal out much less damage per hit, making them more friendly to non-kiting scenarios. However, they do gain access to a NTTG chest beam with a whopping 200 foot range and no self-root, making them rather dangerous if you do try to get away from them.
    • As a final aside, another balancing consideration: When 6 or more Onslaught villains are gathered in a single location (each within 200 feet of one another), an UNTIL dispatch is sent out that causes extra UNTIL defenders to appear and fight the congregation of villains. This is to prevent clustered situations where normal heroes can die repeatedly to chaotic bunches of PBAoEs from multiple Onslaught villains.

Move away from the Until defender's sight or until you don't see him anymore, then go back. He'll be there.
    I've managed 3 Until defender's in 4 mins.
Just make sure you don't back away into a turret's line of fire.

ETA: normally I find an Until defender with no other villains around.
I don't like Sigs, but I'll leave this here anyway. At least I'm not to trying to hypnotise you with moving things!
