As of now the launcher is not working. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yeah. I restarted my Steam, changed networks, etc. Still no fix. I believe its just the servers since I've been alerted that its happening to the other games too.

    Tried restarting my comp. Wait for the launcher to reconnect 15 times and still nothing.

    Same here, says it can't connect to patch server. Is this related to that DDoS attack?

    I spent a long time last night looking all over the net for a server status indicator for Champions, no luck. Looks like they used to have one, but it doesn't work anymore. I'm also unable to log in, for the record.

    Thanks for confirming this folks. Just now tried to launch the game after rebooting the comp and still no go. Looks like something must be going on.

    I was on a loading screen between areas, game crashed, then would not restart. Thought something might have gotten borked because I had to quit while the screen was loading, but obviously the problem is more widespread. Unless...I'm somehow responsible for all of this. In which case....mwahahaha?

    Same issue here, yet those who I know who are playing the game (at the time of this post) aren't seeing any DDoS issues.

    I think the launcher checks patchserver.crypticstudios.com for updates. Someone DDoS'ed crypticstudios.com and took it down. So now the launcher crashes instead of loading the game.

    You aren't alone. It is widespread. I and another friend can't even get our launchers to come up. Grrrr!

    I'm not even able to pull DNS for patchserver.crypticstudios.com. Be nice to have some kind of official word on this.

    Yah. Launcher's back up. Looks like everything's ok on this end also

    For me the launcher boots up but that's as far as it will go for me. What's going on now?!? DDoS Attack again?

    Nevermind. It's up now....

    .....except for the part where the game immediately goes into SNR while loading a character into the game.....
