Okay I and others have made a similar suggestion numerous times, but I will keep on making it Who knows it might just become a thing...
1. Shoot from the Hip - Offensive Passive - Increases All Piercing Damage by a large amount and all other physical damage by a lesser amount. Provides a stacking Critical Chance Buff (similar to the advantage on the Dual Blades combo power) that is consumed when you score a critical hit.

One Gun - 0 Point Advantage - Makes all pistol powers in the Munitions Framework use a single pistol model variant rather than two. (Copying the Advantages from the Telekinetic Framework and applying them to Munitions).
2. Quick Draw - T1 Maintain - 50 foot range - Uses a Single Pistol weapon model - Cone Area of Effect Max 5 Targets - Piercing Damage

Gut Shot - 2 Point Advantage - This Power has an increased chance for a Critical Strike the closer you are to the target.

3. Magnum Shot - T1 Blast - 50 foot range - Uses a Single Pistol Weapon Model - Line Area of Effect Max 5 targets - Piercing Damage.

Dum Dum Round - 2 Point advantage - Has a 50% chance (100% if affected by Concentration) to knock down all targets hit.
4. Stun Gun - T1 Melee Click - 10 foot range - Uses Single Pistol Weapon Model - Damage is divided between Piercing and Electrical (Similar to how Taser Arrow splits its damage.) - Single Target - Has a chance (increased by rank) to Paralyze the target.

What's that Smell? - 2 point advantage - This power now gains a chance (equal to Character's Critical Chance) to cause the target to burst into flames and take on a stack of Clinging Flames.
I tried to make a single pistol themed character once... ended up suplimenting Gadgeteer pistols into her build... and eventually changed her to Energy Rifle...

the 0-pt advantage won't happen... Cryptic has expressed that adding 0pt advantages are more problematic than they are worth due to how the powers are programmed.
However, a 1pt advantage could be done for this... and if they do that then they should have an option to make all munition powers dual pistol too... since these new pistol powers seem to provide the ranged AoE options that dual pistols are lacking... and dual pistols currently offer all the single target psitol attack that these are misisng.
On Magnum Shot... maybe change the advantage to a decreasing chance per target... by that I mean high chance on the first target and a low chance on the 5th, and everywhere inbetween on the 2nd-4th targets.
