I referenced them BOTH. Read the bottom of the OP. The part where I said "the MMORPG article".

Ok, here is what happened:
1) The news broke on MMORPG first.
2) Then, after reading that article, someone came here and posted a thread about it.
3) Then, a dev replied to that thread and told us to "stay tuned" for an arc announcement about the new system tomorrow(yesterday).
4) I (apparently incorrectly) assumed that announcement would be giving us some info about the system. Instead, it was just "hey, come test this on the test center". But there was no info about the system given in the announcement.
I posted this thread just to confirm if that "hey, come test this" post was the "announcement" that we were told about, or if there was something else coming with some actual info about the system. But nothing else was posted after that, so apparently that is all there was.
Either way, you seem to think the MMORPG.com article *was* the announcement that the dev was referring to, which is wrong. That article was posted *before* the dev told us to stay tuned for something else.
