Concept Help: Cartoon Constructs

Hello all, just looking for a brainstorming session-slash-extra eyes and inputs on a formative concept.

Basically it's someone (a cartoonist? a kid? not sure yet) who can create constructs out of ink. About the only thing I'm really attached to right now is using a couple of Heavy Weapon powers. Everything else is up for grabs.

What I'm really looking for is mechanics (powers, specs, etc) advice, but I absolutely welcome any and all conceptual help, too!

    Real quick. I would think Summon Shadows would be perfect. They're black and have no real definition. Sounds like Ink to me ;)

    You could name the kid Chloe Webber.
