cant find the fatal error missions anymore

I don't seem to be able to get the fatal error missions from Socrates anymore
I have tried this on several characters , including 40's ,
if this is being discussed elsewhere , please post a link, I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere
,Is anyone else having this issue ? , has it been removed , or is it just bugged?
I was hoping to get some name titles for defeating enemy's and achievements for a new hacker character
