Do you remember the CHampions 2d computer game that was in development back in the 90's ? I saw a demo at Dundracon one year and every convention Bruce, George, Steve and the gang assured us it would be released at the next convention. It became a running joke for my circle of gaming buddies.
It looked like a customizable version of an old streetfighter game that actually used the full Hero System ruleset. You could design your character and a print out of the character sheet from the game would be completely useable in a pen and paper game.
