New Champions 822 Phantom Accounts

The Super Group Roster for New Champions 822 is showing a bunch of accounts logged in currently, but they are not logged in. The majority of the accounts exist in zone two of the tutorial which also doesn't exist, there's a few in Carl's Gym and elsewhere. None of the players show up in a social UI search.

This is without the "Show offline players" checkbox checked of course.

I checked another New Champions SG from 2013 and it was exactly as expected , dead empty except for my character.
