Costume issue: ARcane Tattoo's "skin options is gone for males

So for some odd reason The arcane tattoo's skin for faces is missing, i tried to edit kiva's costume, and it reverted to black so i tried to change it and it seems "skin" is nolonger an option

    Costume pieces are always undone for no reason by patches and NEVER get refixed.
