Scam email?

I received a email saying I requested my user name. I didn't, should I just ignore it or be concerned/change my email address or password or should I be fine?

It also appears to be using outdated information possibly back from the time the database was compromised.

P.S
Sorry I was not sure where to put this but if others get such a email too it might help them if it is a trick.

DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING IN THAT EMAIL.

It's a phishing attempt. Delete it.

Thanks for the reply and yep I deleted it right away. It seemed suspect. I just thought I would double check anyways. But yep I didn't touch a thing in it.

I guess the post is now more a heads up to let folks know the scammers seem to be finally getting around to using that old info, so be weary.

Hmm. I'll keep an eye out for any other reports of this -- thanks for letting us know, and thanks Jon for giving the advice.

I received one as well..."Origin Account password help" was the email, but yeah they used my old username from before PW integration. It basically said someone requested a new password, but wasn't me.

I still have the email and would be happy to forward it if needed.

If it said Origin Account password help, that would be EA not Cryptic though.

Lifetime no longer gives a forum title. That should be updated on the Lifetime page that mentions what you get. PMing the CSR doesn't work neither.
