Martial Arts-themed Night Warrior Striker build - advice sought

After getting this toon to 40, I've decided to use the free retcon to streamline his build. Not that it really matters, as I don't intend to use him all that much... Agent Effective was my first 50 on City of Heroes, and I made him on Champions Online to see if I could. Well, I could.

So why am I posting this build? Well, I just want to see how effective this build really is. (See what I did there?)

Agent E is not a tank. He is a stalker. He goes in under stealth, strikes quick, and retreats if necessary. (I've found that running away is a very good threat wipe -- or kiting technique.) So there are some details with this build that don't quite match conventional wisdom.

I wanted a kick-themed attack or two in the build, but I've not had good luck with Dragon Kick, so I went with Dragon Uppercut and Fury of the Dragon. (I've never actually seen Fury of the Dragon in action. I want to see what it does. If it's bad, well, it'll be my last power so, easy to redo.)

FotD is a weak attack for being a longer cd (and an ultimate). It is awesome to look at, though. So if ya just want to keep it around for looks then just take adv points out of it.

Unfettered Strikes isn't fully multiplicative, and won't have very high uptime since its tied to one AD.

Def take Ghostly Strikes on 100Hands, though. Can also get ES/NM to R2, and possibly rank up Parry (or ur last power, if ya change it).

I'd also change ur 3rd SS to Int for MSA, and just gear a bit of Rec on the side. Would also prob trade Modified Gear for Offensive Expertise.

Otherwise the build looks pretty solid for a stealthy MA dps.
