Help with a Build

So I have a decent build going so far and it can take a lot of damage, but it can't give very much. What power do you think would be good to add next to let me hit a little harder.

Here's what I have so far:
Hybrid Role
Primary Super Stat: Constitution
Secondary Super Stats: Strength and Ego

Innate: Superhuman
Talents: Physical Conditioning, Enduring, Mighty, Healthy Mind, Quick Recovery

Powers:
Beastial Fury (Energy Builder)
Shadow Blast
Lifedrain
Frenzy
Shadow Embrace
Regeneration
Ebon Void (Block)

Most of them are at rank 2, and Regeneration is at Rank 3 to give me my good defense, but what should I do to increase my damage? In terms of gearing, I know that I can make killer set once I'm at level 40 with some crafting and multi-slot items, but what about for now?
