Rejuvenation supposedly activates on "Active" heal over times...which means no to Regeneration since it is a Passive. However, I made a build to test this in the PH and this is what I found:
Heals from:
Regen - No
Sentinel Aura - No
Endorphin Rush (Enrage) - No
BCR - No
Healing Injectors (Nanobot Swarm) - No
Stim Pack (Holdout Shot) - No
Reconstructing Circuits - No
Pattern? I don't think Rejuvenation works at all right now. Yes, I was taking Damage, so yes, all of those heals were actually healing. The only energy returns at all were Overdrive tics from RC, and whenever I gained stacks of Enrage.
Remember: Half the people you know are below average...
