Enforcer - someone who uses force to compel others into obeying their rules. This build combines melee attacks from Might and Unarmed with ranged attacks from Force to knock enemies senseless and send them hurtling through the air. Suitable concepts include Super Strength/Energy Blasts, Gravity/Barrier/Force manipulation and Power Armour.

Attacks
Henchmen: Force Cascade
Henchmen + Villain: Force Cascade (Henchmen) > Mighty Leap (Villain) > Roomsweeper/Haymaker > Force Blast
Master Villain: Mighty Leap > Roomsweeper > Haymaker/Cascade > Force Blast/Cascade
Super Villain: Mighty Leap > Roomsweeper until full Enrage > spam Haymaker short charge
Super Villain (ranged only): Force Cascade > Force Bolt/Blast > Force Cascade
Alert: spam Inexorable Tides to build knock resist > Cascade/Roomsweeper
Nemesis: Mighty Leap > Inexorable Tides x3 > Roomsweeper to full Enrage > spam Haymaker short charge

Partially charged Cascade quickly dispatches any Henchmen. Inexorable Tides interrupts, sets enemies up for Roomsweeper, builds Knock Resist in team situations where knockback is undesirable, and is a sustainable rapid aoe attack. Roomsweeper knocks an enemy up if stunned by Mighty Leap which sets them up for Haymaker/Cascade, otherwise it's an aoe attack used to get some distance for ranged/leap follow up and to rapidly build Enrage. Force Blast is for finishing weak enemies at range, a sustainable 100ft attack, or even to build energy. Force Cascade is the ranged heavy hitter and crowd clearer. Haymaker spammed in short charges is your single target DPS for bosses. Remember to use Unleashed Rage when at full Enrage and surrounded or fighting a boss.

Build
Can be used in Melee or Ranged stance. Or Hybrid, I guess. Not the most team friendly of builds in earlier levels before getting Inexorable Tides, but nothing says 'superhero' quite like punching/blasting entire groups of foes and sending them flailing into the air, and blasting them again when they land (or even while they're still airborne).

With both Enrage and Unstoppable along with SSS Str/Rec to power them, every knock gives a tremendous amount of energy. This along with PSS Int, MSA, Mighty Leap and Conviction means you have a very, very generous energy income. So generous that eventually you can use Force Cascade quite casually, and can spam all the other attacks indefinitely. In fact Inexorable Tides and Force Blast can actually build energy.

Enlightened in the Int spec is good stuff. It doesn't show properly in your character tooltips, but it DOES work (easily seen with your Energy/Health total and your Crit rate). With it, 1-2 Dex mods and some crit on the Primary Offense will give you a decent crit rate. It also means 1 Ego mod to get you to ~70 Ego will grant you around 27% ranged damage, which with Vindicator Mastery adds 9% to melee damage (and in turn your Str adds 10% to ranged damage).

With Defense stacking gear, Tactician, The Best Defense and Aggressive Stance you get a pretty hefty amount of both Defense and Offense, which helps you get decent damage even on your non-crits, and be a bit less squishy. It is still a bit of a glass build though despite that Defense. Conviction, Unbreakable and a whole lot of Blocking can get you through quite a lot, as can knocking enemies around and a well timed Unleashed Rage, but you still need to be careful and watch your aggro.
