Victorian costume ?

Do we have to pay for this or not? I went to make a character with it because the popup said i already own it,but when i login to game its not there. Pisses me off because of the time i wasted making this character.

    Its a known bug. Simply put in a ticket and yes its a pay from C-store item.

    What popup do you mean? If you are referring to the launcher, it was an ad for the costume set in the C Store, which will have to be purchased before you can use the parts.

    We are not really allowed to tell people how to replicate bugs and glitches in this game on the forums ( that stuff gets people banned ask Wildlife ) So its best if he or she just reports the bug to CS and leaves it at that.

    Please dont ask him to explain it in depth :C

    well when i make a new account i can select some pay items in the cretaion but when i spawn in the tutorial its all removed ^^

    I wasn't aware of any bug concerning popups of any kind... they mentioned a popup before logging in which to me suggests the launcher... and was offering some clarification. But yes if it is a bug then it should be reported.

    unless you tick the box underneath which says, "remove unowned items" it will usually show everything.

    I just got done for robot samurai and bone sets. It let me make up the costume and when I hit save, it said invalid costume and booted me from the game.

    I always check that box when making a new character and for several months now it has shown me costume options that I don't actually own. I can select these options and apply them to the costume but they don't actually show up on the character.

    This even happens in the tailor whenever I make a new costume for an existing character, but never when I try to edit an already existing costume slot.

    Normally I only saw these non-options in Monstrous heads and Jackets. Now, since all of the new costume sets have been released, I'm seeing it more often in multiple categories.

    Yeah, the costume designer for new characters isn't correctly showing when you don't own some content. It's gotten me before.

    Not like this is an exploitable bug. As soon as you hit the world, you won't have any costume pieces you don't legitimately have access to.

    Known bug. When you first log in from the launcher, a number of zstore sets will show as being "owned" even when they're not. The game won't let you actually make a character with them, of course.

    Workaround is either:
    1: log in to a character, then hit escape and select "change character"
    2: log out, then log back in from the game's front screen instead of the launcher

    Then you can create your character and should get an accurate indication of whether a given piece is usable.

    (Footnote: I have not tested this this patch; the above steps are what has worked for me in the past.)

    Thx for the replies guys. In the tailor when you mouse over a costume piece it tells you if you have to buy it or own it. It was saying i owned it.
