I got it, but it's only showing for females. This thing cost me like 1k globals, I'd really rather appreciate it if I didn't have to spend all that again to unlock it for men, too.

Is this a known bug?

Works for me.

But the Arms Edged Tech Sleek shoulders works only on females for me.
