Individiual Eye / Ear Customization

This should be something easy to implement. Just seperate the eyes and ears tailor options from left and right and allow us to customize them individually. We're currently able to do that with arms, legs and shoulder sections. Why not eyes and ears?

For anyone who ever wanted to make a character with a single bionic eye, or wear just one earring for examples, this should make them very happy.

Granted, the earrings are done by selecting "Earring Left" or "Earring Right", which doesn't exist for all earring types. It also prohibits mix-and-matching earring types.

But the eyes can already be done.

Don't you mean individual side options for the head? Like ventilator on the left and such? They could do that but it would require that all those pieces were remodeled for it. Its not likely to happen.
